Each plank is graded, matched for grain and cut to its exact place on deck.
Numbered planks are dry-laid and fitted by hand before a drop of adhesive is used.
Marine-grade adhesive is combed evenly across the substrate, section by section.
Calibrated weights hold every plank under even pressure while the adhesive cures.
Seams are filled with marine caulking, then trimmed flush for a watertight deck.
The deck is sanded to a uniform surface and handed over ready for sea.
